Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 1 Box of Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees, spray 8X8 pan with cooking spray or use butter to grease the pan
- Peel and chop up 2 apples to spread evenly on the bottom of the pan
- Top with dry cake mix and distribute evenly over top the apples
- Melt butter in microwave and pour over top cake mixture, tilting the pan to get the top coated evenly
- Bake 45 to 50 minuets, until lightly golden brown, mostly dry on top, and bubbly around the edges
