We have a working version of ESET antivirus for macOS Catalina now. As such, we have unblocked the upgrade on CN-supported computers.

If customers ask about upgrading, please let them know about the following:

• 32-bit apps are not supported. See Catalina Known Issues.
• It’s a good idea to do a Time Machine backup before doing an OS upgrade. See MacOS – When and How to Upgrade.

Because Catalina is an officially released OS, we will do our best to support it, but please let customers know that there may be some issues with it that we have not yet encountered.
