MacOS Catalina was released in full today, 10/4/2019.
Based on our testing, Catalina does not work with the ESET antivirus, nor with the OSU VPN. As such, we are not recommending that customers upgrade at this time. The Catalina upgrade is currently blocked on CN-supported computers.
New computers will ship with Catalina already installed. We will not downgrade the OS, but instead will do our best to support them.
For personal computers, we should caution customers that VPN does not appear to work. If that is not an issue for them, and they have another solution for antivirus, they may choose to upgrade.
