Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)

CGE has negotiated a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA or “the contract”) with OSU which guarantees health care for graduate employees, workplace safety, paid sick leave, protections on how many hours you are expected to work, and many other benefits. Grievances

Grievances are any instances where standards negotiated in our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) are violated. Contact your stewards (see “CEOAS CGE Stewards”) if you’d like to discuss any issues, including the grievance process. You can contact the VP for Grievances or staff directly.
