Wow, thats alot of different choices for venues – looking good! I don’t see any on-campus locations though? We might be able to draw more of an audience to a location on or very near to campus. What about the MU, possibly in the main sitting area or across from Bites? I also think the OSU library takes pride in its student’s artwork (especially protein structures related to Linus Pauling research) and might let us set up somewhere in there.
All are great potential venues. There’s also the Fairbanks gallery on campus.
It’s not too early to begin thinking about our display requirements: A case? Individual pedestals? Bookshelves? Does anyone plan to build a piece taller than 4 or 5 feet? No kidding… Tomorrow I’ll show you an example 🙂
