The ConnectWise Control client includes features for annotating a customer’s screen, i.e. writing and drawing via your remote session. Annotations are visible on screen for both the technician and customer, and can be used to guide customers without taking control of their mouse.

Use Case: Enabling Accessibility Features on MacOS
The annotation features can be particularly useful on MacOS devices, when users must manually give ConnectWise access to Accessibility features so that technicians can control device inputs.
For users who have a hard time navigating System Preferences, you can use annotation tools to point them in the right direction even if you can’t click on anything in the customer’s system.
