Shimadzu LCMS-9030 QToF
This newest high-resolution mass spectrometer is equipped with a Shimadzu Nexera UHPLC system. It provides fast and sensitive accurate mass measurements during MS or MS/MS operation.
Primary use: high resolution mass measurement, structure elucidation, metabolite identification, untargeted data-dependent and data-independent acquisition for drug discovery.
Current projects include: Superwarfarin study, Red Clover study, Estrogen study, Flavonoid study.
Shimadzu LCMS-8060 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with a Shimadzu Nexera UHPLC system. The LCMS-8060 is the fastest scanning and polarity switching mass spectrometer in production.
Primary use: quantification of small molecules such as oxidized lipid biomarkers, vitamins, phytosterols, sphingolipids, natural products.
Current Projects: Superwarfarin study, Red Clover study, Flavonoid study.
Shimadzu LCMS-8050 triple quadruple mass spectrometer equipped with a Shimadzu Nexera UHPLC system. Similar to the LCMS-8060, this model also provides fast scanning and polarity switching for quantitative analysis. This instrument is equipped with a high capacity Shimadzu SIL-30ACMP autosampler (324 sample rack).
Primary use: quantification of small molecules such as oxidized lipid biomarkers, vitamins, phytosterols, sphingolipids, natural products.
Current Projects: Flavonoid study, Cell Membrane Permeability study.
Tecan Freedom EVO 75 liquid handler equipped with single and multi-channel pipetting arms.
Uses: Dilution, aliquoting, small scale reactions, affinity selection screening, all in 96 and 384 well plate format.
