Peanut Cakes
- 1 c chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 c mashed potatoes
- t grated nutmeg
- t white pepper
- 1 t salt
- 1 t onion juice
- 1 T chopped parsley
- 1 well beaten egg
Mix as given, form into cakes and fry.
