- 1 cup mashed potatoes

- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup grated cheese
- Beat the potatoes and milk together until thoroughly mixed.
- Add the egg and the salt and beat thoroughly.
- Add the cheese.
- Bake in muffin tins in a slow oven for 10-15 minutes.
