  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  1. Beat the potatoes and milk together until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Add the egg and the salt and beat thoroughly.
  3. Add the cheese.
  4. Bake in muffin tins in a slow oven for 10-15 minutes.
