The vast shifts in teaching modalities during the two years since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic have been a contributing factor to prolonged stress and fatigue for many faculty. As they navigate the roller coaster of their professional and personal lives, teaching faculty are confronting the question of how best to adapt their course designs, teaching practices, and mindsets to deal with the unpredictable nature of teaching as we move forward.

Inara Scott, Assistant Dean for Teaching and Learning Excellence in the College of Business, and a faculty/staff panel will address effective strategies to build and sustain resilience in our teaching practices. Attendees will have opportunities to reflect and share their perspectives on resilience.
