This special 1 day workshop is intended to provide Seafood HACCP Segment 2 course training and to help fishers develop their vessel HACCP plans.
Register for Seafood HACCP Segment One ($175)
This a self-paced Seafood HACCP Internet Course hosted by Cornell University. Upon completion of Segment One, you are emailed a notification of course completion.
Either forward the email you receive to Alex Gerber (alex.gerber@oregonstate.edu) by 8:00 am, November 14, 2024 or hand-in a hard copy to the instructor, Christina DeWitt, prior to class starting
Register for Seafood HACCP Segment Two + Vessel HACCP Plan Workshop ($675)
This is a one-day, hands-on course and will be held on Thursday, November 14 at the Gladys Valley Marine Studies Bldg, Hatfield Marine Science Center, 2030 SE Marine Science Dr., Newport, OR 97365
Stay after the Seafood HACCP Segment 2 course to work with instructors to develop your vessel Seafood HACCP plan.
