NEW STAFF UPDATE
In addition to Robin Shumway, Michelle Warf recently joining the OSRAA team we are pleased to announce another new employee! Adam Church, from the University Administrative Business Center, will join OSRAA on January 12. Adam has been part of the UABC accounting staff since September 2014. Prior to coming to OSU, he worked in public accounting preparing individual, partnership, corporate, not for profit and pension benefit tax returns, serving on audit teams, and providing tax and financial planning services. Welcome to the team, Adam!

USPS RATE INCREASE
There will be a rate increase effective Jan. 17. While this will not effect the rate of postage stamps, there are some significant increases in Priority Mail shipments, ranging from 10-15%. For a complete list of rate increases, please visit usps.com.
TRAVEL PER DIEM UPDATE
Effective January 1, 2016 the following changes are in effect:
• The OSU High Cost City Locations for CY2016 have been updated. A few locations have been added and deleted.
• The standard mileage reimbursement rate for use of a private vehicle for business purposes has decreased to $0.54/mile.
• The OSU High/Low Lodging and Meals & Incidental Expense per diem rates for 2016 have changed.
