TRAVEL • ACCOMMODATION • REIMBURSEMENT
Lodging and meals will be provided at the conference. Students should ask their departments if funding is available for travel to and from the conference, however no student will be turned away for lack of funds. Travel grants are available for those whose departments cannot cover full costs of the conference. Contact the Local Organizing Committee to approve travel expenses. (see “Contact” link, bottom right)
