Also, since I missed last week, the following updates were applied last week:
  • Notepad++: 6.7.9.2 –> 6.8 (details)
  • PuTTY: 0.64 –> 0.65 (details)
The following Microsoft updates will get applied tomorrow morning:
Windows 7
Windows 8.1
As for last week, not much to report for Windows 7 but Windows 8.1 received a large number of updates totaling ~1GB in size.
No issues to report.

Many Microsoft Windows and Office updates were applied so a report has been generated here:

For Windows 7 and 8.1 I show updates totaling less than 100MB each with Windows 8.1 having the most updates.

SCCM Content Locations

All SCCM content locations for applications, packages, and drivers have been moved to the new IS-CIFS share:

  • Original content location: \\tss-softstore\SCCM Staging\…
  • New content location: \\is-cifs.sig.oregonstate.edu\SCCM Staging…

For those who might not be aware, this is where all of the source files are located for packaged content in SCCM. This content is then distributed to OSU-CM-DP01, our primary distribution server. All systems with the SCCM client receive content from this server.

Testing was performed to ensure that OSU-CM-DP01 received new content from the new location when new content was added.
