ISCS End-of-Term Party

All Client Services employees are welcome to join us for an end-of-term party, Monday, December 9 11:30am-1:00pm in Milne 228.

I will bring pizza and sodas, and Chris has promised to bring his famous chicken enchilada casserole. If you would like to bring a dish, that would be great! We will have tables and power available for crockpots, and I have booked the room for the morning so we can set up early if needed.

UIT Holiday Potluck

The UIT Holiday Potluck will be held on December 19 at Cascade Hall.

If you work Welcome Desk, please be aware of the details for customer parking.

• Customer parking at Milne:
  • CN customers can use the reserved spots to the East of Milne. We provide a printed parking slip for them to put on their dash (these are in Milne, and we can print more if needed). The vehicle should not have an OSU permit, and these spots cannot be used by Client Services employees.
  • Milne also has an unmarked loading zone that we can use, on the paved area next to the Library quad South of Milne, not immediately adjacent to the building (don’t block the sidewalk or roadway).

• Department passes:
  • We have 2 department tags that can be used to park in any zone, including service spots. They have a 3 hour limit. The vehicle must also have an OSU parking permit. Use of a personal vehicle is optional, and Motorpool vehicles can be used instead.
