Take a 1/2 to 1 pound salmon fillet
Fire the grill up to super hot – Or oven on max
Take about 6 feet of foil and fold it over so it’s double thick.
Place the salmon in the middle of the foil
Pour:
- 2 tbs of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil (if you have it)
- cut up a few scallions and put them on top
- If you have basil leaves add them as well
- cut up about 1 inch of ginger into little slices and put it on top
fold the foil around the salmon so it’s sealed (means you roll up the edges to make a seal on 3-4 sides. )
Once the grill/oven is really hot, put the salmon in for 12 minutes
let it sit for about 5 minutes
