Garden salsa and fresh corn salad

Garden Salsa

I make a really simple charred salsa, on the grill:

You put foil on the grill, a little tray, cut up tomatoes, let them char, cut up onion let that char, jalapenos and a mix of dried pasilla peppers, and char it all.

I use a molcajete, or you can use a blender (it’s easier).

Add fresh cilantro, salt and lime (I like a lot of salt and lime).

It’s the best! It’s quick, you can grab it from the garden and throw it on the grill.

Fresh Corn Salad

I love to roast corn on the grill, shave it off, add avocado, cotija cheese, tomato, onions, cilantro, lime and salt.
