College of Science student receives Goldwater Scholarship

Annika Swanson, a sophomore majoring in biochemistry and biophysics received a prestigious Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship. This scholarship is a national award that honors Sen. Barry Goldwater as it recognizes excellence in science and mathematics, as well as encouraging more students to pursue careers in science, math and engineering.
