About Us

Seafood Quality Workshops is a series of workshops organized in collaboration with the:

Oregon State University Seafood Research and Education Center and

Seafood Products Association (SPA).

The first Seafood Quality workshop, Better Seafood Processing School, was hosted May 9-10, 2018 in Astoria, OR. Nearly 40 participants from industry, academia, and government attended. We appreciate the opportunity to work with our various partners and serve the training needs of the seafood industry.
