For the sake of dietary balance, it would be delightful to have a Flickr set with tofurkeys and turkeys… Meaty drumsticks and tempeh wings next to platters of roasted Brussels sprouts and garlicky green beans… Boats of gravy and heaping bowls of super sweet sweet potatoes.
