The following 8 finding aids for OSU Archives collections were completed in May 2009. They have been loaded to the NWDA finding aids database and have a PDF on the OSU Archives’ website. MARC records for all of the collection s are available through the OSU Libraries’ Catalog, Summit Navigator, and Worldcat. Five of these are collections received in 2008; two are collections for which there was previously no information available online. The OSU Archives now has 401 finding aids in NWDA.
Blue Key Fraternity Records, 1934-2003
- This collection documents the membership and activities of this honor society for Oregon State University students. Blue Key was established at Oregon State in 1934 for male students; women students became eligible for membership in 1977. Records transferred to the Archives in 2008 were combined with a previous accession received in 1982 to form this collection.

Cordley, A.B., Entomological and Horticultural Scrapbook, 1896-1899
- This scrapbook consists of clippings pertaining to fruit and crop pests and pest control assembled by A.B. Cordley. Cordley joined the faculty of Oregon Agricultural College in 1895 as Professor of Zoology and Entomology and became the first Dean of Agriculture in 1908.

Japanese-American Association of Lane County, Oregon, Oral History Collection, 1994-2008 (OH 15)
- These oral histories of Japanese-Americans living in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and the vicinity document the immigrant experiences of the interviewees’ parents and grandparents; the World War II experiences of the interviewees in internment camps; and their lives in Eugene and neighboring communities in the years following the war. The interviews were conducted in 2006-2008 and the collection donated to the OSU Archives in 2008 to be a component of the Oregon Multicultural Archives.

Koester, Ardis W., Papers, 1962-1996
- This collection consists of extensive reference materials as well as publications, instructional kits, and slide presentations on textiles used for clothing and interior design. The materials were assembled and created by Ardis Koester in her role as Extension Textile and Clothing Specialist with the Oregon State University Extension Service from 1974 until 1996. The Papers were donated to the Archives in 2008.

Kramer, Leo George and Ruth Ann, Papers, 1951-1982
- The Kramer Papers consist primarily of letters written by Ruth Ann Kramer during the year (1951-1952) that her husband, Leo, was a student at Oregon State College. The letters describe various aspects of student life in Corvallis. The collection was donated by a family member in 2008.

Oregon Sea Grant Communications Moving Images, 1939-2007 (FV P 185)
- This collection consists of 770 motion picture film reels, 30 videotapes, and 9 DVDs. It includes final productions and extensive raw footage and film elements documenting marine resources, oceanographic research, and the programs and activities of the Oregon State University Sea Grant College Program.

Walters, Jayne, Scrapbook, 1934-1940
- The Walters Scrapbook consists of materials assembled by Jayne Walters during her student years at Oregon State College in the late 1930s. Walters was an editor of several student publications. The scrapbook was donated by a family friend in 2008.
