All conference presenters and moderators are asked to follow the conference’s accessibility guidelines. We will ask presenters to make conference papers and PowerPoints available for those who request them.
All speakers will use a microphone.
We will have a gender inclusive restroom available nearby in CH2M Hill Alumni Center in room 0107. Our campus map is searchable for gender inclusive restrooms across campus.
All conference rooms are wheelchair accessible. You may view images of the event space in LaSells Stewart Center. The conference will be held in the Austin Auditorium, Giustina Gallery, Construction & Engineering, and Agriculture Meeting Rooms.
The Hilton Garden Inn is an approximately 5-minute walk to the LaSells Stewart Center. The path is wheelchair accessible, but is on an incline.
Giustina Gallery space will be available as a resting area.
Accessible parking is available near the LaSells Stewart Center. (Requires visitor permit; follow link for instructions.) Visit the Hilton Garden Inn’s website for information regarding accessibility features of the conference hotel. Accessible rooms are available for reservation.
