The Oregon Agricultural Extension Association (OAEA) is the professional organization for agricultural personnel associated with the Oregon State University Extension Service. We are the Oregon state affiliate of the National Association of County Agricultural Agents (NACAA). Our primary purposes are to provide leadership development and offer professional improvement opportunities for our membership.

The Oregon Agricultural Extension Association and its members are also part of the larger all-extension organization in Oregon the Oregon State University Extension Association (OSUEA). This organization also includes memberships of sister organizations ESP, ANREP, NEAFCS and the NAE4-HA.

Oregon Agricultural Extension Association provides support for professional development to its members through grants-in-aid provided by the Manning Becker Professional Development Fund.

The Oregon Agricultural Extension Association participates with NACAA to recognize outstanding achievement by its members. Two opportunities include the Achievement Award (AA) and the Distinguished Service Award (DSA).
