2016 OSPA Annual Convention

The 2016 OSPA Annual Convention, held October 21-23, 2016 in Clackamas, Oregon, showcased a variety of continuing education opportunities. OSU College of Pharmacy faculty and alumni, along with pharmacists from across the state, spoke on a range of current topics, including law updates, drug therapy and business management in pharmacy, among others.

During the event, the 2016 OSPA Annual Award recipients were announced. Among the recipients were some of our own faculty and alumni. Please join us in congratulating the following OSU College of Pharmacy alumni and faculty members on their achievements.

Attendees contributed to the Pharmacists Political Action Committee (PAC) to help ensure political progress for Oregon pharmacists. There was a wine toss, as well as a contribution “pill bottle” counter, to encourage those in attendance to donate. You can learn more about the PAC and donate here.
