Bethany Withycombe (P3) Appointed to Council on Pharmacy Practice for ASHP

Congratulations to P3 Bethany Withycombe who was recently appointed as the student representative of the Council on Pharmacy Practice for ASHP. Bethany was nominated by her mentor, Kristy Butler (’96) and appointed to the position by ASHP President Christene Jolowsky.

As student representative, Bethany will participate in Policy Week in Bethesda, MD and Legislative Day in Washington DC, providing the student perspective on pharmacy practice policy. She will have the opportunity to work closely with pharmacy leaders across the country. In her words, “I look forward to learning about leadership, pharmacy practice, and future opportunities to become involved in ASHP as a pharmacist from these influential leaders.”
