Something to consider that no one tells you when you are trying to become a software engineer, the job is much easier than school. In that way there is light at the end of the tunnel. In school you are creating things from scratch and solving difficult problems. At work the initial part of the job is difficult ie the first 6 months to a year. During that time period you will still be getting used to the code base and solving problems will be more challenging. However once you know the code base pretty well…..it’s kind of easy. At least easier than school. Just wanted to be the one to tell you. So chin up and keep on keeping on!
