AppleCare will be back on campus on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014.  They’ll be hosting a “Lunch & Learn” from noon – 1pm in Austin 442.   If  you would  prefer to meet with them one-on-one or have them host another workshop/info session then they are happy to schedule some office hours at an alternative time on the 12th out of a preferred location.

They are currently reviewing applications for a January 5, 2014 start date and will begin to interview soon.  AppleCare is very excited to see some OSU students apply!!!

In our AppleCare College Program, you’ll be supporting many of our popular products, from iPhones to iPads to MacBooks to desktop Macs. As our customers’ first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly voice of Apple, providing a world class customer experience, troubleshooting, and technical support.
