You are invited to the 2025 Academic Integrity Retreat: Fostering a Culture of Academic Integrity. We hope you will join us for this half-day gathering aimed at strengthening our understanding of academic integrity, its impact on student success, and developing strategies to enhance a culture of integrity within your college. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

The Retreat is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15, from 1 to 5 p.m. in the MU Multi-Purpose Room, Room 13.

The retreat will feature four sessions focused on the following key areas:

  • Foundations of academic integrity
  • Failing forward
  • Why accountability matters
  • Creating a culture of integrity

Sessions will clarify important processes and policies while facilitating discussions to share experiences and best practices.

Invitees for this event include College Deans, Associate Deans, Assistant Deans, College Hearing Officers, and other OSU leaders who play a crucial role in promoting academic integrity. Teaching faculty are also welcome; your unique insights and experiences will greatly enrich our discussions and contribute to navigating the complexities of this important work.

In partnership with the Office of Graduate Education, the Office of Advocacy, and the Office of Student Community Standards, this interactive retreat will foster meaningful conversations, encourage diverse perspectives, and strengthen our collective commitment to academic integrity across the university.
