After moving to this new project there has been a lot of preparation and work that needed to be done to ensure that we were able to tackle a project of this size. The main issue that we see potentially being an issue right now is a lack of planning. Planning is incredibly important in a project of this magnitude since a lot of core functionality and feature sets need to be established early on. One of the biggest quandaries that we face right now is the efficiency and viability of different blockchains. Some are fast, some are cost-effective, some have a great backing and in the coming days and weeks it will be very important to ensure that this is something we can tackle and utilize for the betterment of our exchange.
