For my report, I was tested on the five dimensions of personalities. These are Extraversion, Agreeables, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to experience. Extraversion was average, stating I am neither a subdued loner nor a jovial chatterbox. I enjoy time with others and time alone. Agreeables were also verage, indicating some concern with others needs but generally unwillingness to sacrifice myself for others. The next other average was my openness to experience, I enjoy tradition but I am willing to try new things. Lastly both my Neuroticism and Conscientiousness was scored low. My conscientiousness stated I live for the moment so my work tends to be careless and disorganized and for neuroticism it stated that If I face a stressful situation I am able to get myself out of it.
Some strengths employers can see in me are my average score in extraversion, Agreeables, Openness to experience, and low neuroticism. For my extraversion, this shows that I can adapt to social settings. Not only that, but I can also work both independently and as a part of a team. This skill allows me to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients while also focusing on individual tasks without needing social engagement. For agreeables, I can be reasonable in situations. This can be advantageous in workplace where negotiation and assertiveness are necessary. Openness to experience indicates I am willinging to learn new things. Meaning I am able to embrace new ideas and change while also valuing tradition. Lastly by low neuroticism suggests that I can handle stress well and maintain composure in challenging situations. This is value in high competitive work environment.
Some weaknesses could be my low conscientiousness and my average agreeable. For my conscientiousness, my tendency to live in the moment and potentially engage in careless or disorganized work might hinder my performance in positions demanding high attention to detail and time management. My average agreeables can also be seen as a weakness in highly collaborative or customer focused roles. I might struggle with sacrificing my needs for the sake of others, which could impact teamwork or customer satisfaction in certain contexts.
