Elsevier Negotiations initiated
Together with the University of Oregon Libraries and Portland State University Libraries, we announced our intention to initiate negotiations with Elsevier. Our first meeting will happen in Eugene on May 18, 2022. Our last significant negotiation with Elsevier was in 2014.
