What I am good at is being friendly as I enjoy spending time with friends. I think that this helps me work well in a team. I also have good time management skills that I used to ensure that my tasks are done on time and at an organized way.

What I value is mainly trust. Since I like to work as a team and spend time with friends, I think that trust is very important. Having trust among a team will ensure that everything goes smoothly. I also value flexibility whether in work or timing. I like to be able to have control of how to do my tasks so I can control my own schedule.

I am graduating this year, hard work and support from friends and family helped me get here. I am able to set a goal and work hard in order to achieve it. One of the goals is to graduate with a degree and I am close to achieving it. The support from my friends and family during the time I am in college helped me get through with all the challenges I faced.

As for where I am going, I am still unsure. I will try to figure it out based on all the decision and experiences I have gain throughout this whole time. I would thinking of choosing a career that can relate to value and knowledge that I have.

For the test results, my conscientiousness is high which means that I set clear goals and will pursue them with determination. The test also said that I would be regarded as reliable and hard working. My score on extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism is average. This shows that my emotional reactivity is normal and that stress will happen however, I would be able to cope with it. As for agreeableness, it indicates that I have some concern with others’ needs. The test also explained how I enjoy time with others but also some alone time which I highly agree with. Lastly, my openness score is low which means that I am practical and conservative.

If a potential employer were to view the test results, they could know what type of employee I would be like. For my strengths, I would be highly based on the conscientiousness level since it is the highest among the rest. I would be viewed as someone that is confident on achieving a goal and will ensure that the goals will be met. I would also be viewed as someone with high self-discipline which shows that I have high commitment on my tasks. I will be viewed as hard-working as one of my strengths. Another would be based on agreeableness which could mean that I would be able to cooperate with others but will still be able to focus on my own goals. I can also be rated as friendly based on the extraversion score. The cheerfulness level is high showing that I have positive emotions. I would also think that based on my score from neuroticism, it can be considered as a strength which shows that I would be able to cope with stress. One of my weakness will be related to openness to experience. It shows that I am lacking in imagination. I also lack in interest in arts and aesthetic sensitivity.

If I was the business owner, I might choose an employee like Avery. Having an employee that is a high-performance ceiling might make a lot a difference for the company. I think that Avery might be able to contribute more for the company and be more competitive. Employees such as Avery would be good in a high demanding position since the high-performance will be very critical.

The type of job that Avery will thrive would be the ones that might require a lot of creativity and decision makings. She might be fit to be a leader or in charge of a project that may face a lot of uncertainties. Avery will be more valuable than Jaime when the job has different and unique tasks. Avery would be able to carry out the task very efficiently. Although Avery might slack off, therefore it would be if Avery’s job is the one that will be competitively compensated. I think either sales or as a manager that requires important decisions would be the best role.

As for Jaime, the type of job that will be best suited are the ones that does not need much creativity, however consistency is important. The same type of jobs that are repeated daily such as a cashier or an assembly line worker. Jaime would be more valuable if the company needs someone that is reliable and will ensure that the task will be on time. These types of jobs that does not need the employees input are best for Jaime.
