Hosted by the Oregon State University Hydrophiles, the Water Research Symposium is a one-day, student-centric conference highlighting outstanding student research in the fields of water resources science, engineering, and policy. This conference is free and open to anyone to attend. The 2026 Water Research Symposium will be held May 5th at the Oregon State University CH2M Hill Alumni Center! The theme of the 2026 Symposium is Connectivity: Water, People, and Ecosystems. Our programming will be focused on how water connects not only streams and ecosystems, but how it connects people to one another, and everything in between.
