I look forward to being a manager; hence, in this learning period, I intend to adapt to these best practices of companies by giving importance to employee development, noting inclusivity in the workplace, and considering the well-being of the employees. Training and development, diversity management, and employee engagement are some of the initiatives in organizations. These functions and activities are central to the realization of HR.

I acknowledge that dealing with multiple competing demands at all levels and complex organizational dynamics presents a significant challenge. The most challenging aspect of being a manager is managing the diversity of the team under me, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that organizational aims and objectives perfectly align with the employees.

However, I think that by implementing these best HR practices and staying aware of the team’s needs, I can subdue this and place myself in a position where employees feel valued, encouraged, and motivated to give their all.
