COH ScholarDollars Application Deadline Approaching
You’ve still got a chance at a scholarship! Apply to ScholarDollars by the deadline, Sunday, March 16. By submitting one simple application, you’ll simultaneously be considered for numerous scholarships for which you’re eligible.
AMP-MPH Info Session
Once again, the COH is hosting a virtual open house to share info about our Accelerated Master of Public Health (AMP) degree options! Please register for the session on Wednesday, March 5 from 11 AM-12 PM to learn more about AMP and the application process, and hear from faculty, staff, and current AMP students. Any questions may go to COHAdmissions@oregonstate.edu.
Beavers Belong Together Free Dinner
Great news–there’s a new student-led, community-fostering peer support system called Beavers Belong Support Network. Want to learn more? Come to the MU Journey Room at 6 PM on March 5 to enjoy a free meal, games, crafts, and community.

Benton Community Foundation Scholarships
Besides ScholarDollars, the Benton Community Foundation is offering three (3) scholarships applicable to select COH students! If you meet the criteria, apply for these scholarships by Wednesday, March 19.

Workshop: Targeted Job Searching for Health & Wellness Careers
COH’s own Hilary Roman, who teaches HHS 222 (My Career Matters), is facilitating a helpful professional development workshop on March 5 from 5-6 PM via Zoom. Come learn effective strategies to confidently navigate your health and wellness career job search. Explore methods to identify opportunities, customize applications, and hone networking skills to help you stand out in today’s competitive job market.
New KIN Special Topics Course on Concussions
Once again, the Kinesiology Department is offering a new KIN 199 Special Topics course this spring. This one focuses on concussions sustained during sports and how to understand them from a multidisciplinary approach. If you need 2 credits, consider this course; it’s open to students of all majors!
