Week 4: Mental health + connection

Steps to take for mental health care:

  • Create a daily routine. Allow for 30 minute breaks to just do what you want.
  • Exercise
  • Go outside and get some sunshine
  • Take 24 hr news breaks
  • Take screen breaks
  • Clean up your space
  • Connect with others. Call a friend/family member every day
  • Create something! Art, music, photos, etc.
