Steps to take for mental health care:
- Create a daily routine. Allow for 30 minute breaks to just do what you want.
- Exercise
- Go outside and get some sunshine
- Take 24 hr news breaks
- Take screen breaks
- Clean up your space
- Connect with others. Call a friend/family member every day
- Create something! Art, music, photos, etc.
