Live Well Age Well at the Linn County Fairgrounds

On May 14, 2011, the OSU College of Pharmacy participated in the 7th year of the Live Well Age Well event. Students provided OTC information, asthma/smoking cessation information, blood glucose screening, and medication consultations.

Operation Diabetes was able to screen the blood glucose of over 50 community members, while other committees were able to educate many others.

The OSU College of Pharmacy was able to have a conference room devoted to their services which enhanced interaction with community members and students. Overall, it turned out to be a great success, and we look forward to participating in the event annually.
