This past fall, Sean Cosgriff, PharmD, BCOP, was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Association of VA Hematology/Oncology (AVAHO). AVAHO is a national organization whose membership includes physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
