Dr. Adrianne Irwin has been selected as one of six faculty members in the first cohort of the Oregon State ADVANCE Faculty Fellows Program. This program supports tenure-line faculty in developing a project that helps to advance the study and practice of equity, inclusion, and justice throughout the university.
Dr. Irwin’s project will focus on gathering data about the landscape for the promotion of clinical faculty, paying particular attention to disparities in promotion rates for clinical faculty who are women. These data will be used to inform decision-making and assessment practices within the College.
