OSU College of Pharmacy students recently volunteered their time to attend the Festival Latino in Albany where they administered Tdap vaccinations. The vaccines were provided by Linn County Health. In total, six students were able to administer 18 vaccines.
Operation Immunization and Operation Respiratory Health work jointly to put on the Festival Latino outreach annually. P2 students Don Ho, Emmalee Thornton, Franklin Pham, and Ed Murphy, along with P1 students Lynh Pham and Michelle Lie all took part in the festival outreach this year.
