This also can avoid from the company’s internal legal action to the greatest extent.

In spite of this, there are still some small and medium-sized companies that ignore the editorial update of job descriptions in order to save costs. From the perspective of cost saving, the company can choose to have the internal staff to write the job description, different categories of job description can be written by the line manager, for example, the customer service department job description, can be written by the customer service manager. Because they know the details of such a position very well, they can give clear feedback. This not only saves the company money, but also allows employees and potential employees to intuitively understand the details of the position. Note that the percentage of hours worked should be clearly assigned in the relevant job description. This is mainly to distinguish between regular working hours and overtime hours. If there is a vague description in this item, it is likely to be misunderstood by employees and eventually lead to complaints of excessive overtime.
