I have the low score of extraversion, indicating I am introverted, reserved, and quiet. I enjoy solitude and solitary activities. My socializing tends to be restricted to a few close friends. My score of agreeableness is low as well, indicating I am less concerned with others’ needs, and always focus on myself. Others perceive me as tough, critical, and uncompromising person. I have the average score of conscientiousness, which indicates that, I am reasonably reliable, organized, and self-controlled. I scored high on perspective of neuroticism, which demonstrates that, I am easily upset, even by what most people consider the normal demands of living. People perceive me as the sensitive and emotional person. I scored low for openness to experience. In this sense, I like to think in plain and simple terms. Others describe me as down-to-earth, practical, and conservative.
Strengthens and Weaknesses
Employer might perceives me as the careful, diligent and thorough person. He regard GY the employee with primary strengthens: GY can establish the reasonable work management plan, and comply with the plan comprehensively. When distractions are surrounded GY, she is able to control herslef to complete the jobs with fulfilled roles and responsibilities. GT weaknesses are varied: GY cannot control my emotions well when jobs face difficulties. GY is not good at make friends and connect others, in order to reach the common goals. When trading relationship is established, GY cannot negotiate with anything. When conducting the group works, GY might not noice others’ feelings, which causes the team building. GY am not the creative person, and cannot contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Overall, GY has the necessary strengthens to do the surface level jobs, while should continually work hard to improve her soft skills.
