In order to fund this trip, I have to assess my current income versus the cost of the trip. What follows is my current income and a budgeting plan for my adventure:
With this budget I would be able to put away around 485$ a month into a savings account for this trip. At that rate I would have enough money for the estimated 1.3k trip in around 3months. An additional month or two would be saved in order to have cash for miscellaneous purposes such as souvenirs, additional activities, and the ability to explore more of China during my stay.
With the estimated 1,299 dollars for my trip covering “accommodations, guides, ground transportation, admission fees, most meals, and a guaranteed departure” this and a couple months more will more the suffice for a trip to one of the wonders of the world.
