First, reflecting on myself and my personal brand I feel I have a few unique qualities about myself that would create an impression for potential employer. I have strengths in holding leadership positions, being involved in all aspects work and personal life, and collaborating with other. Though I have plenty of strengths I also am also actively working on improving any weaknesses that I am aware of and am constantly thriving to grow. I can be hesitant in delegating tasks and can take on too much responsibility at once making it hard to allow others to relieve my workload and this can be difficult for me to ask for help from others and try to figure it out myself.
If I were to present myself in a novel and creative solution ad it would say: “A Team Member with Purpose, Positivity, and Persistence.”
I can bring a lot of unique value to the team and have been involved in all aspects of both work and my personal life. I enjoy collaborating with others and bringing the positive energy a team needs while being an effective and hard-working peer. I take pride in showing up for those around me. I’ve always believed that strong teams are built on trust, communication, and shared effort, and I’m proud to consistently contribute to that kind of environment.
I am always trying to find new opportunities to grow and find pride in all the work I do. All my life, I have dedicated myself to being a hard worker and never fail to be a prominent and reliable member in any organization I have been a part of. That being said, I am working on being aware of my own places of growth. I’m learning to delegate more, ask for help when needed, and find balance both in leadership and in life. That awareness is helping me continue to grow professionally and personally.
