Communication tools and how it’s going
My team and I our utilizing a discord server for all of our communication. We regularly message over our general channel and then utilize the video channel for our weekly meetings on Monday.
Code committing
We are utilizing Github to manage version control of our code. Each team member has their own github repository where they are keeping their build. I personally commit around once or twice a week and found that it’s the perfect amount.
Team Standards
So far my team and I have been following the team standards closely and no one has veered away from them. I think we accounted for every situation and everyone has had amazing communication.
On-Track
I believe the project is ahead of schedule, we’ve finished up the UI and the backend. Being able to utilize ChatGPT has significantly sped up the process, which has allowed us to add additions and more customization.
