2024 Oregon Small Farm Conference Vendor – DISPLAY ONLY
$100 – This is a display only table! These tables will be located in the CH2M Hill Alumni Center, against a wall. They are designed to be unstaffed tables displaying a program. If you need a staffed table, please see the other options. Includes 1 registration (valued at $60). These tables can be manned during the lunch hour when every participant will walk by in the lunch line. This is a great option for quick dot surveys!
$5,000+ Oregon Small Farm Conference Sponsor – Platinum
$5,000 – This sponsorship level includes one vendor table, 5 full day registrations, logo inclusion on our website, logo inclusion the day of the event on the rotating informational screens, logo inclusion on the conference packet, exposure in the conference newsletter, and social media exposure pre and post conference (Facebook and Instagram). We will provide you with the discount codes to register your participants upon receipt of payment.
$1,000 Oregon Small Farms Conference Sponsor – Gold
$1,000 – This sponsorship level includes one vendor table, 2 full day registrations, logo inclusion on our website, logo inclusion the day of the event on the rotating informational screens, and social media exposure pre and post conference (Facebook and Instagram). $500 Oregon Small Farms Conference Sponsor – Silver
$500 – This sponsorship level includes 2 full day registrations, logo inclusion on our website, logo inclusion the day of the event on the rotating informational screens, and social media exposure pre and post conference (Facebook and Instagram). Optional display only table. We will provide you with the discount codes to register your participants upon receipt of payment.
2024 Oregon Small Farms Conference Vendor (This is what most of you prefer to be and it is the MOST LIMITED) $275 – Includes one 8” covered and skirted table with chairs. Access to electricity, WiFi, and mounting/glass walls are available upon request. Includes 1 full day registration, plus 1 additional registration (meals) may be purchased for a reduced rate of $30 (we will provide you a discount code for registration). We include a vendor list in the conference registration packet. Any additional members of your party will need to register at the full conference rate.
