Thank you for your interest – the 2026 OSU Small Farms Conference is on the calendar for February 21st 2026. Registration typically opens in December 2025. We anticipate the cost per person to be about the same, and ample scholarships will be available upon request.
Request for outside the program session proposals is NOW OPEN! Please submit your proposals on our Google Form.
RFP PROCESS: The program will be accepting proposals until October 15th, 2025. Proposals will be reviewed by the Small Farms team and you should expect to hear about the success of your request by November 1st. If selected a finalized session description and confirmed speakers is required to be submitted to SmallFarmsProgram@oregonstate.edu no later than December 1st for inclusion on the conference website, marketing materials, and registration forms.

We are geared toward farmers, agricultural professionals, food policy advocates, students and managers of farmers markets. Educational sessions are offered on a variety of topics relevant to Oregon small farmers. Speakers include farmers, OSU Extension faculty, agribusiness, and more.
Pricing Info For 2025
- Registration $85 per person until Feb. 3rd
- After Feb. 3rd $100 per person
- At the door registration may NOT be available due to venue capacity.
