I have learned in class is the understanding that cognitive ability testing is not reliable alone. I have worked for companies that still solely use cognitive ability testing in granting candidate interviews. Reading in week 7 part 2 about cognitive predictors there is clear guidance that cognitive predictors are not the best when used alone.
Understanding the value of a team is very important. This term my team showed me that communication is key. I want to thank all of my team members for their dedication and effort this term. THANK YOU!
