FOR OCTOBER & NOVEMBER: Internal observation tools

To orient brand new staff, this vocab list can be helpful. Additionally, the Weikart Take it back resources can be helpful for getting your team ready to conduct internal observations.

When your team first takes observation notes, we recommend using a blank notebook. After observations are finished, it can be helpful for each member of your team to sort through their notes and organize them into this excel file. If they bring copies of this excel file to your scoring meeting, you’ll finish faster!
