What am I good at?
When it comes to the qualities, skills, and abilities in which I am good I would say I have leadership abilities in which I can lead the team and as I worked l as an office manager I have more knowledge as to how to work in a team and how to lead a team. My other qualities can be that I am efficient and interested in learning new technology and software as I can learn them really quickly with proper training and enough practice.
2. What do I value?
When it comes to what I value as in an organization or in any environment it will be first of all honesty as I hate when I am being lied to it’s better to be truthful rather than hiding or lying to the person. Other aspects may include the culture of the organization as there are many organizations that create a friendly, peaceful culture rather than a competitive one and I would prefer a friendly and peaceful culture rather than a competitive one. I like organizations that provide training and development opportunities to their candidates to make sure that they increase their knowledge and skills as they grow with the organization.
3. How did I get here?
I think every decision we make has its consequences and I am not regretting any of my decision to come to Oregon as it was mutually decided with me and my family and I think it was a good decision. As for choosing this course, I think it’s important to know about the process of hiring and recruitment because each and every one of us has to go through it once in our life or maybe multiple times so it is best to have knowledge about the process and how to better present ourselves in front of our dream organization and I think I learned a lot in this course.
4. Where am I going?
For my future plans as I graduate I have to go back to my hometown after that I will pursue my goal to be an operations manager and try to find organizations that provide more opportunities by giving proper training and experience in the field and to have more connections that will have me get better opportunities in the future.
